If you are driving, you can take a right turn after crossing Srirangapatna on the Bengaluru - Mysuru state highway while coming from Bengaluru. There are signboards on the highway. From Mysuru, you can take KRS road & take a right after few kms at a junction where if you take left, it goes to Brindavan Gardens.
The evening humming sound of the birds is so pleasant & refreshing. You need to take a boat ride to have a closer look at the birds. There are a lot of crocodiles also, so be careful. Don't put your hands inside water & also don't throw food items inside the river.
